The Kadima promise
Draggen is built by Kadima, a deliberately tiny company — and it will stay that way. There are no shareholders, no managers, and no growth targets. Pricing is set to cover one person's bills and the servers that run the product. Nothing more.
That means we never need to squeeze you:
- We will never move features you rely on behind a paywall.
- We will never shrink the free plan to push you into a paid one.
- We will never use dark patterns to keep you subscribed — cancelling stays simple and self-serve.
Every decision is made by the person who builds the product and answers your support emails. If we ever break this promise, hold us to it — this page is the receipt.
Common questions
Product, plans, and accounts.
What is Draggen?
Draggen is an AI-powered moodboard tool that understands spatial context. It allows you to drag, drop, and arrange references to generate professional assets with precise control over composition.
Do I need an account?
You can try Draggen without one — the canvas runs entirely in your browser, and the no-account flow is meant exactly for that: trying the product out. An account unlocks the dashboard, which is what lets you create and manage multiple boards. On the free plan your boards still live locally in your browser — nothing is stored in the cloud until you move to a paid plan.
How do credits work?
Credits are used for generating high-quality images. The Explorer plan comes with a one-time allowance of 100 credits — it does not renew. Only the Creator plan includes a monthly allowance. Explorer and Archivist users can top up with pay-as-you-go credits whenever they need more.
Can I use Draggen for commercial projects?
Yes. Assets generated with the Creator or Archivist plans are licensed for commercial use. The Explorer plan is intended for personal use and experimentation.
Is my data private?
On the Explorer plan, your data is stored locally in your browser. With paid plans, your projects are securely synced to the cloud.
What is Kadima?
Kadima Technology is the small, independent company behind Draggen and Talebuddy. We build tools that help creative professionals streamline their workflows and maintain creative consistency — see the Kadima promise above for how we stay that way.
How do Kadima centralized accounts work?
Your Kadima account gives you access to all Kadima products under one roof. Billing, subscriptions, and credits are managed centrally across Draggen and Talebuddy.
Can I use my credits across both platforms?
Yes. Your Kadima credit balance is shared between Draggen and Talebuddy, so usage on one product draws from the same pool.
